PLS Sept quarterly released prior to the SOA meeting is likely to be a shocker for price received.
The deal could be well south of the 20c at the conversion price on the announcement day.
I actually think a decent NO vote could be pulled together under the right circumstances and with a bit of effort by some people and a few $$$ spent.
