I'm pretty much in the same position. Not a massive holder, only 450K shares. Not sure which way to vote yet. I'm very disappointed with the current situation, but don't know whether a Yes or No vote is the right way to go. Trying to keep my emotions out of it, but it's hard.
I'm holding out in the hopes for another bid to come through before the vote.
