    Voting yes.Deal was crap -acknowledged. Will need to make my fortune by holding PLS shares into future, as this makes them prominent on 2 continents and they have the cash to make it happen, so derisked without further dilution.

    Do feel sorry for those who thought that LRS could take this into production and with great rewards.
