I agree with theTruth1, whats done is done. We can go down the road of another EGM and forensic accountants but who do you think pays for them, the Shareholders. Even if the forensic accountants do find something Salter will just go back to Thailand and avoid any punishment.
You seem to resist the idea of any further investigation of accounts. Your confession that you are an auditor maybe the motive for your resistance to such action.
A investigation does not just look at the Directors but at the Auditors too.
