    "The project, which will be jointly owned and financed by Carnegie (49%) and EDF EN (51%) via a special purpose vehicle (SPV), will be built out in three stages and is currently planned to have an ultimate capacity of 15MW."

    The financial burden on CWE would be very small when you consider that the French government will be chipping in 75% and the remaining cost will be shared between CWE and EDF.

    It would not surprise me if CWE would want to sell their share at a later date. They have stated that their primary role should be as a technology company and not as a utility owner.
