Hi SB2000,
If an employer cant work out the calibre of their staff within 3 months, I would say the problem is with the employer. Under Work Choices, people including our kids are in no position to negotiate particularly during bad times. Its take it or leave it. The people have spoken, they dont want it. We need a fair balance.
