Cougar, Am retired but have been a small business propietor and family members own and run thriving businesses. They have to lay people off at times but they do it compassionately and never had any major problems. Their staff just hope they can get their job back at some stage in the future. Rogue employers will always have problems. If one makes poor value judgements about people they are bound to be a poor employers.
