Obviously management did what's best for the company moving forward. As I have mentioned before guys like Bob have a lot of skin in the game and if they lose we lose which is why I always fekt they are doing their best to progress the company forward.
Changing contractors was a benefit to us moving forward. Short term pain for longer term gain.
