New contractor will make sure this place works. They are upfront with all their costings no hidden extras. The tender they put in would have been viable otherwise wpg wouldnt have accepted it. Ive heard some companys undercut with their tenders but make money on the unforseen extras. Plus these guys have been there before so they know what is required and wether they can do it.
