    $2.5 Million loan repayment for the IP, Materials and Derma Stock handed over to Cannaglobal and $1 Million deposit = $3.5 Million + $12.5 Million equity and a 5 year supply contract. Not a bad deal imoa if me correctly thinks. lol who would be so stupid to $2.5 - $1
