OK the followings are what i have dug out. Do your own research. I'm not sure if I am looking at the right things:

A Linkedin profile named Hugh Winters (google and u will find out), is the current Chair of Evio Beauty Group.

Evio Beauty Group appears as a venture capitalist in beauty brands including cosmetic cannabis stuff. It has a website: https://www.evio.ca/
as you can see it's based in Canada. It's a simple website BUT, I found an announcement that Evio Beauty Group has formed a strategic partnership with Aurora Cannabis, the latter one is a public listed company (market cap $11.22b)

In this ann you can find more about Evio Beauty and its connection with Aurora.

Also the Linkedin profile shows another business name called Azure Beauty and this Hugh Winters is the President for 15 years. A business called Azure Beauty has an online beauty store (on Aliexpress) with nearly 300,000 followers.

Again, do your own research. If the above are right i personally think MXC is dealing with the right man this t
