Why didnt they take up the Cap Raising?
Im sure they wouldnt hold off on anns to pick up shares cheaply on market...?

why would they make announcements that will only cost them more by thier own admission...?
Until RRR and AB get their fill of cheap RSL shares i would only expect minimal news...i hope im wrong!!!
