I think it was again Mr Sage or some publication that also said 92c was the highest price Evraz paid for CFE so any takeover bid would need to be greater than this. I do not personally know if that's true or not but that is what the publication stated.

I guess it is also conceivable that Evraz owns options (?) but I would not know if this is a possibility.
