Thanks for the post on Power United Ltd.

I apologise for getting it wrong on both occasions. I figured the 49,000,000 was Sage exercising options he had given himself for gratis, with the divi etc paying for most of them. I was wrong. In short I went off 'half cocked' (pardon the pun).

The substantial shareholders list shows Power United Ltd owning 18,328,363 shares as at 24/9/07 or 6.62%. Add to that yesterdays 49,000,000 (11.2%) and they are also in a position to take over.

Now we have four questions to ponder.
1. Who is Power United Limited (May they please be Aussie)?
2. Who ownes the Merril-Lynch held shares (16%) ?
3. Who controls the unexercised 34,000,000 27.7cent on-market options ?
4. Who ownes the rest of the off-market options?
