Management kept saying addressing the issue of low SP is what they want and that's the reason they are looking at selling assets and reducing debt. Their first big repayment is not due until 2017 and with GLNG starting to produce and ship LNG, there will be free cash-flow.
If they do a CR at a step discount right now this will bring down the SP even lower which just defeat managements aim of taking the SP up.
