hope you are right - 2 weeks from trial - probably a good time to throw in another offer from H/Q.

Wonder if they produced documents on 6th March detailing evidence of sales market or no sales market in their case.

The Court makes orders in the following terms:


1. The plaintiff has permission to file by 18 February 2015 a third statement of claim in the form provided to the Court on 10 February 2015 and including particulars of the ‘Agency Agreement’ alleged in Part 2 Paragraph 2 of the second Statement of Claim.

2. The defendant is to file any amended defence by 25 February 2015.

3. The plaintiff is to file any amended reply by 27 February 2015.

4. The defendant is, by 6 March 2015, to provide disclosure of all documents which are or have been in its possession which are relevant to the issues of:
(a) the existence and nature of an available spot market for the sale of uranium concentrates;


and (b) the ability of the defendant to procure a sale on such market of uranium concentrates produced by the Joint Venture, including the Shipped Uranium.

5. The plaintiff is to write to the defendant confirming whether it will lead any expert evidence at trial and, if so, providing notice of the nature of that expert evidence by 13 March 2015.

6. The plaintiff is to file and serve statements containing the evidence in chief of its proposed witnesses by 13 March 2015.

7. The defendant is to file and serve statements containing the evidence in chief of its proposed witnesses by 27 March 2015.

8. The trial of the matter is listed for four days commencing 7 April 2015.

9. The matter is adjourned for further directions to 30 March 2015 at 9:30 a.m.

10.Liberty to the parties to apply at short but reasonable notice.
