I dont understand why AGS can't just sell their share....If Qasar don't want to sell theirs thats fine.....just count the drums and sell whatever are AGSs...how can that hurt Q? Would be fair and normal...so it is a bit rich to say " We are rich and can afford to hold them for a better price......you can't...ohh too bad.
Must of been one hell of a poor JV contract drawn up.....ironic considering how much they have spent on legal fees......at the wrong time of course.....
