    Surely the most likely...
    Sales rights are returned to AGS, now in a position to offer 25% and sales rights to someone.
    This seemed to be what IG was confident of happening, that there were buyers around for the 25%, but they wanted the right to sell the Uranium.
    For Sale $240M
