The posts on this board make me so nervous. It turns out that the current board's response to the proposed new board is exactly what I had said myself - it appears WS knows he's going to lose the case and will have to fork out money in damages, so he's trying to be creative by replacing the board with people who will settle rather than see the case through to the end. I think you guys need to open your eyes. WS isn't the messiah that some seem to think he is.
Independence is a MASSIVE issue here. The proposed new board say they will be independent, but they are being put in there by WS himself. Doesn't that ring alarm bells for everyone? In terms of CKK, the best outcome for shareholders (in my eyes) is winning this case against WS - so why are people cheering for the other team?
