    Can't say I can agree with anything you posted chelsea.

    WS was approached not the other way around. They see some value in CKK if they can apply their business plan. So far it is the only plan we have seen. They approached WS to see if he would cease litigation if they took over the board. If WS continued to sue CKK there would be no reason to take control of the board because there simply won't be a company. How will CKK pay for the massive losses of the suit?

    WS isn't supposed to be the Messiah...Jeff Broun and the new board will be (possibly). The only thing it has to do with WS is that he is a major shreholder.

    The current board have lost round 1 and had to give the rig back. Do you really think the current board will win round 2?

    If the current board stays there will be no CKK in 12 months imo.

    That is simply a false statement and seeing as lawyers are reading this site I think it best you withdraw that bit. We all have our opinions but making false statement will only see you in all sorts of bother.
