in what respect is that getting the drill rig back, and over the whole time it has either sat down and never been able to prove itself up to what was required of it and did it complete any of the work at all

so when u look at it, very poor directors,who control ckk and that they have benifeted but the drill has been a football and the clrs for what,so what have they purchased has proved not to preform in the field,so lets have strange prove up the rig in depth to what was said to be able to do,to me its is not a bargining tool,prove up the rig,then take a look at what to do,why was it taken away in the first place,can it do the work,so prove it up if it cannot be,thers maybee an answer
