How can CIti claim they have 30 percent cash backing when they have all that debt - what a crazy statement.
On balance I think PDN is very cheap but the high overall cost profile as it ramps up along with the debt levels makes me a liitle unease. Although I think there is a fair chance it will do well it does in my view exhibit more risk than the average share
