I'm not particularly worried about the bikies as such, but rather when we bring in laws against one specific group (invalid IMO)then those laws and precedents will be used against us or another group one day. There are no shortage of existing laws with which to charge people, what the government doesn't like is losing, they have admitted as much.They blame "clever lawyers" for not being able to gaol people they want to gaol, so simply change the rules. This is a very bad approach. It is a very bad thing to have prosecutors who want to win at all costs.
