And to answer your other question, if our government insists on having Muslim immigration, doesn't it make sense that it has a choice in who immigrates? If our government feels that Muslim immigration is necessary for our country, is it too much to know who the people are?
As an Australian who opposes Muslim immigration, I would at the very least expect people to arrive here with ID and background checks in place. And at the very least, expect families to take up the quota, not the predominantly males.
