You are absolutely right H.
I believe that a large proportion of these sellers actually bought at 0.1 and 0.099 and are just looking to make 5% to 10%. Sometimes it is as obvious as reviewing the trades and then looking for the corresponding number of shares added to the sell side. This trading occurs very frequently at the 0.1 level. You just have to look at OBJ to see how destructive to the SP this can be.
