Shorting a stock is NOT illegal.
Bot trading is NOT illegal.
Day traders buying and selling the same stock the same day in NOT illegal.
All this talk about it being illegal and taking action is pointless.
I think that there has been more manipulation of the share price from posts on Hot Copper from people claiming the share price will hit $10.00 and "we will all get very rich soon".
Nobody seems to complain about the blatant ramping and down ramping that goes on very frequently on stock forums.
