It gets more interesting, because the notices all bear the same postal address, namely:

Mining Plus are listed in Barton announcements as the entity who do the resource work for Barton.

In summary:
All 3 sellers are or were listed as Barton insiders, including a: Director, Company Sec and the Resource Estimation people, and all sharing the same postal address.
