not sure you understand how listed companies work ??.
basic lesson in maths and valuation.
example:
if the market cap of MEU is $50mil, and they have 100bil shares on issue
if someone owns 10% of company (or 10bil shares) - they own $5mil of shares
say the market cap of Barton is $50mil, and they have 1bill shares on issue.
if someone owns 10% of company (or 100 mil shares) - they own $5mil of shares
lesson - the issued number of shares means little; it's the company valuation that's more important
