So whats the implication here?
FMS might be one of the takeover targets?
Or the potential partnership target, JV allowing a free carry of the CAPEX and an off-take agreement?
Though if there were Indian interest in FMS (for argument sake) I'd suspect the cost of rail would increase dramatically, as i'm sure using other companies rail wouldn't be as convenience to them.
So whats the implication here? FMS might be one of the takeover...
