Who are their competitors? How wide is their moat?

I'm just looking into this interesting company and would appreciate some guidance about their competitive position, and trust this would be of interest to all holders or potential holders.
I'd particulary like to know about any current or potential competitors in the US.
It would also be great to hear your thoughts about their moat - ie the strength, or lack thereof, of factors like
- Barriers to entry
- Technology leadership and/or first mover advantage
- Network effects
- Switching costs
- Pricing power
