Depends whether Clough also has the same contracts for the companies PCG are supplying for...
Clough obviously would be supplying the contract staff to use the equipment. (Same for MAH).
It suprises me why PCH never expanded out to supply a greater contract labour to go with the equipment.
One stop shop so to speak...
