Goldie, pls don't make the assumption that just because someone worked at TZ at some time, that they are axiomatically a "disgruntled ex-employee".

For what it's worth, the majority of the Aussies who moved to Chicago ultimately resigned voluntarily and left TZ on amicable terms, generally after what was always going to be, for them, a temporary stint in the US, generally by prior arrangement. A number continued to work for TZ as consultants, after their return to Oz. A couple stayed on in the US.

There are, however, a few ex-employees who are now disgruntled shareholders. Look to the poor performance and rape-and-pillage by boards past and present for the main cause of disgruntlement.
