IMO. They need to raise capital.

There remains concerns with the leases and the JV. From what i have seen of management, they don't appear to have a good handle on this. Yes...Well known issues, but some prefer to ignore the risks.

I don't get excited by the NPV broker spruiked valuations.

It boils down to a view on the ownership. The asset looks ok to me.

Until resolved, i see no need to be here, my money is going elsewhere.
