Under the take over rules a party must pass a minimum share ownership threshold of 19.9%---at the time of the annual report the biggest single shareholder was only holding 2.175%,a far cry from what is needed----so as far as your "whisper" goes---its out the window. On a brighter note,because trading starts tomorrow with a clean sheet of buyers and sellers,it would be good to see holders not panic(i know im dreaming)if the sell side stays small,we could avoid a sell-off----however ,i do believe that there could be a few people wanting to manipulate the price down so as to increase their holdings at a lower price----i will not be feeding the frenzy if this happens as i am still confidant of a positive outcome.One thing for sure ,as i have stated in here before---hotcopper readers only represent a very small percentage of the market---so tomorrow the MARKET will be in control.Good luck to all holders !
