The grant was never going to be for operating funds, it was to fund a larger scale development. Funding won't be an issue short term and there is more going to happen abroad in the near term. CWE is not a very diluted company so even a capital raising would not have too much impact at this stage. I have the feeling though that a joint venture partner will inject some funds and take a percentage of ceto.
