    Who are World Energy Research?

    Before putting a lot of dough on this puppy, it’s good to know who is the JV partner. We need to know that World Energy Research have the $23 million US to deliver. If you look at the world energy research website, it’s nicely presented but for all intense & purposes is a shelf company with little content. It’s even using Servcorp in NZ for it’s global headquarters……dig a bit deeper and you some interesting details…read point 5.
