    Of note, the new CEO was on the Board with the Chairman when the old CEO was rolled (and he is still on the Board.

    Preemtive manouvre by Chairman to protect himself from poor performance?
    Win win for both of them?
    Sacrifice & scapegoat old CEO to protect Chairman, whilst giving extremely lucrative and excessively increased deal to ex Board colleague and new CEO buying loyalty?
    Add on two new 'contacts' that will now also be loyal to Chairman? (Board members get circa $100k pa to attend 12 meetyings a year, Chairman currently gets circa $200k)
