The cart before the horse.
Debt was basically complete in Feb. So, they decided to start on equity this week…haven’t announced offtakes in the pipeline for circa 3 years, nor one equity piece.
But that’s all convenient for keeping the SP low for the incoming equity, who then votes for Darryl’s share bonus plan. Sounds like one big happy family in there. With us retailers as the ugly step sisters/brothers.
