Does a SPP at 16c and not giving retail a fair/equal opportunity to participate indicate an effort at Fair Value for all SHs.. Talk is cheap and actions real. The Board et al itself has brought questions of Integrity and Independence into stark focus for questioning. The rejection of Shorting comments strongly appear to have their culprit.
