How can you explain how if FC took a large amount in the rights issue say $3-$4m MS and CLSA looks more likely to be them selling - The HSBC link comes from the fact FC transferred 40m odd shares into a HSBC account to perhaps fund some type of loan agreement IMO
Magically it has all been done with little explanation to shareholders who now see a deflated sp due to their apparent selling and failure to execute
Who made money on the short I wonder?
