Which of their services is costing Magnis more than $1000 per working day?
I can't see how Magnis would need more than a corporate Office 365 license and one laptop per employee?
There are 10 employees? Maybe they have a couple of VM servers in a cloud? But what else?
Magnis have no mission critical systems (who cares if the connection goes down)?Magnis have no customers?
Magnis are not a service provider to anyone?
Magnis do not publish or post constantly. They have a web site but.....?
There IT needs should be minimal (imo).
