I'm with you on Russia. they are the only imaginable place to benefit from cutting supply which, as you said, conveniently cuts our the breach of contract for Gazprom. and it this latter org that has all the technical and material ability to do the job.... yes lots of other companies are doing this industry, but Gazprom has motive, knowledge and technical ability.

however the explosions could have been achieved by a number of alternative tech.... but still very high tech.

next is the explosive sufficient to register 2.3 on the Richter. pretty big explosion. I'm sure others here will be thinking similarly. engineers on here should be discussing this.
