it doesnt show a 35 million trade yesterday though. it just shows steady accumulation.

If you read the notice fully you would see that included in all the various Macquarie trades was a purchase of 35,729,000 shares on 19 February. It would appear to me that this would represent the trade shown yesterday and the effect of this purchase has required them to lodge a notice.
