From what I can gather with talking to a few people I think it will be scaled back quite alot. I hope you can get at least $25k worht though because I'm sure that will make it worht your while.

I am not really confident that you will however and I really hate how it takes companies 2 months to refund your money so i only will be applying for $3k worth in the priority but have managed to kiss enough backsides to get a firm allocation of $10k.

I guess its better than nothing
