drk directors behaving badly the directors of Drake Resources have decided to take key assets out of the company and place them in a corporate structure in which they issue themselves 2,600,000 shares at one hundredth of a cent and 3,000,000 free options.Furtherfore they then have the gall to arrange for the Drake to put in $100,000 in seed capital at 10cents a share to assist them in creating their wealth.This they claim is a wonderful thing for Drake Resources shareholders who will have the right to particpate in the new company ipo at 20 cents a share.By the way the directors are not that silly and make it clear they may not particpate at at the 20 cent level.This is all subject to a shareholders meeting to be held on the 15 th of May.A defining moment for the shareholders of this small mining company.
