i prefer to accumulate when the market is more healthy.....

todays good buy as we have seen is tomorrows dog stock..

everyone has discussed a bottom target with the dow but keep in mind our markets are treading new ground financially so any correlation to the past trendlines maybe irrelevant in this case.

the USA has nowhere basically to go to reduce rates dramatically and thats a big issue for them. maybe 1% but what happens after that?

i called a bottom at 9400-9500 but now im far from confident...if it slides under 9000 then its all puire guesswork from there no matter who is charting what in my view.

we may see a rally shortly with the dow but the market isnt going to be fooled...its still looking like downside to me.
