re: who sold 50,000,000?????????? After AMP announced a 5.05% interest in NuStar all options now appear open. After the SBM AGM etc., on 29th November many shareholders ( SBM will retain just over 10% of NuStar ) will elect for NuStar stock that will give them around 60% of the company.

It will become clear if one of the main holders is about to make a move and how many are purely in there to make a buck or two, or perhaps salvage something from their SBM losses.
