The initial pop happened after someone placed a massive buy order at the start to keep the momentum towards the upside. This looks fabricated to me. I do know what happened. The rally faded but the news didn't. THIS WAS AN ARTIFICAL POP.
Latitude Pay claims to have 380K open accounts. Not active just open.
Lets say they all had $1000 to spend and all of them decided to spend $1000 in one go.
Now 380,000 X 1000 = $380 Million in merchant transaction volume and if they take 4% as fee, then
their actual revenues is only $15 million in that period, and this is before expenses.
If this is their super-best case scenario in latitude pay, and this is the growth story, then I'm happy to be at the sidelines.
