You must have gone short before the last distribution since the stock has not traded at $3.82 ex.dividend and capital return. So you have missed out on $0.10 div + $0.80 capital return + $0.39 franking credits. Subtracting these from $ 3.82 gives $2.53, which means that at $2.60 you are underwater at present. Hopefully the stock will keep falling based on your assessment.
