    Unfortunately for the Taxi industry. There is just no way forward. If you owned a medallion/license, it would be wise to cut losses and get out before they are worth pennies in the dollar and unable to be sold like in San Fran where Uber first started. The Gov has and will not revert now that Uber is here. They are here to stay and the public loves it. Cheaper transport, easier transactions & much much better service with drivers accountable via the feedback system.

    Shorting this one till death do us part and don't feel any shame in doing so. The Taxi industry in general is overpriced and rarely do you get good service in a Taxi. Even when Uber is here and the company says they will focus on customer service, they still do not deliver (nor do customers care if they get service and price and convenience elsewhere).
